The Muslim Threat to the World

I don't care what the compromising, clueless, and manipulated so-called Christian leaders say about Islam, it's not a religion of peace, and it has only one goal: that of world domination. This is an express characteristic of Satan, who wants to overshadow God in this world and bring his evil and control over everyone; especially the followers of Jesus Christ.


But when you see all the mixture and acceptance of sin in the church today, it is no wonder that God allows the insidious, evil religion to once again raise its head and threaten the world we live in.

Christians had better decide who Jesus Christ is and whether or not they're going to follow Him.

There is no gray areas in regard to this, and only those with a serious commitment to Christ and are willing to obey Him, will be able to deal with this onslaught of evil as it invades almost every nation on earth, if not all of them.

Nothing to Lose in Our Battle with the World

Christians have been deceived and intimidated by the world and false brethren, who attempt to shame or manipulate them into thinking they're being judgmental or legalistic when following Christ according to how the Bible reveals Him and His commands.

The truth is the world won't stop harassing and attacking you until you're willing to lose everything, because they instinctively know what we're fighting for, and attempt to even use reaching out to people for Christ or willingness to spend time with us as tools of evil to get us to accept their sinful lives and false doctrines. These types of people have one goal: to silence us so there are no voices to oppose them.

This is an extension of Satan's attempt to be as God. He expresses that through his human representatives. Understand that the world and false believers won't be satisfied until they beat us down until we collapse under the weight of their assault. The only response is to completely reject their evil and manipulation, and accept nothing less than the purpose and person hood of Jesus Christ being expressed into this world.

It doesn't matter whether or not they allow us to be part of their lives or part of a ministry. This is also a deception. So-called ministry for many Christians has become an idol, and in order to attract people will cave in to evil in order to give the impression they have a "ministry." It's not a ministry, it's just gathering people based upon their whims and wishes, and making it appear it's something God is going.

Forsake the temptation to cave in, and stand firm in the faith and wait patiently on God, asking Him to show you what it is He wants to do in and through you. Anything else will be burned up when you face God Almighty, with only you being saved.

The New Creation and Creating Our Own World

I've been thinking on the new creation for the last several years, and the more I think about it, the more I realize and see that the idea over the last 50 to 60 years about changing the world are inaccurate; from the point of view of the Bible.

To this day all we here about it seems from many Christians is we must change the world in order to make it a better place. That's an idea that will never work.

The reason why is Jesus Christ never came to change the world, because the world had already forever been put under judgement, and is to this day.

When Jesus died for our sins, He didn't do it for the purpose of having us continue to be part of the dead, old creation, He did it because He was doing a totally, completely new thing, which is identified as the new creation.

Even the word translated in the Holy Scriptures as church needs to be thought of differently, because it basically means being called out, which points to leaving the old creation for the new.

Jesus said in John 15:19, "If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you."

What Jesus has amazingly done and which few understand, is He isn't trying to save the world, in the sense of working on it to make it better, it can't be done. It's cursed and dead. Instead He has birthed an entire new creation in the midst of the fallen and cursed world, which is so different than the old creation that it stands as a light calling those still in the old dark creation out of it to the new.

This amazing new creation is the very life of Christ Himself. Now many at this time will probably question the creation part because Jesus Christ has no beginning and no end, and has always been. So from that point of view He could never be created. And you're right ... if you're thinking in terms of the old, physical creation.

But the new creation isn't a created creation, but it is a birthed creation. The new creation is one that has been given birth by the very life of Jesus Christ Himself within a people. It is Christ in you.

So back to the idea of improving the world. I hope you see it's impossible and not part of the plan of God at all. His plan is for an entirely different life to be released in the earth through a people He has called out of it.

Now that will definitely make the earth a better place, but it has nothing to do with adding something onto the world in a way that can make it better. This is why the Scriptures teach if you love the world you're an enemy of God.

James 4:4 "Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God."

This is one reason why those who pursue and seek for God with a pure heart never feel part of this world and its evil.

John added, "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." 1 John 2:15

The reason for all of this is God has an entirely new creation He as birthed, and it is in His Son. All who have truly been born again from above have had this new creation come down out of heaven in the person of Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit, and are no longer of this world. The two are entirely opposite of one another, and are in fact enemies of one another. There is absolutely no connecting point between them.

So what God has done is completely gotten rid of the old creation and replaced it with the new creation of His son. Old things have passed away, all things have now become new.

What that means for the followers of Jesus Christ is we have not only been born of God and are now His children, but an entire new creation is dwelling in us, and as we learn its principles, we don't attempt to add something on top of a world that is no longer considered even alive by God, but instead create our own world, or more properly, recreate under the leading of guiding of the Holy Spirit, from the many-sided wisdom of God that is revealed in Jesus Christ.

This is some of what was meant when Jesus Christ said as part of His response to His disciples when they asked Him how to pray, that we should ask that His kingdom should come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

We want that heavenly kingdom to come to earth and permeate it with the fullness of Jesus Christ. That can only be done in a people that have a new creation in them, and who learn how to express that kingdom into the physical universe. It begins with changing within, but then working its way out for all to see.

Those who see this will encounter a major paradigm shift, as they realize this world can't be improved and is dead in the eyes of God. What He has done is far greater than that. He has brought about an entire new creation by birthing His Son in those who put their faith in Him.

Now this will result in salt and light existing in the physical creation and world system, but it will be something totally other than it, as Jesus Christ is completely and totally opposite of what this world is and represents.

Loyalty to the Kingdom of God and Jesus First

One of the failures of natural Israel almost from its inception has been the misunderstanding it was meant to be a light to the nations; meaning it was to not only embrace and represent who God was to one another, but to spread that across the world.

That failure was primarily the result of it time after time failing to meet the standards of God, which ended up with Israel taking on the nature of other nations, rather than being a peculiar people as they were meant to be, by showing forth the glory of God.

Now the followers of Jesus Christ are meant to take on that responsibility, by first, walking as Jesus walked, and from that total separation from the ways of the world, becoming a light to the nations in the name of Jesus Christ. That's one of the reasons believers in Christ were called Israel in the Scriptures, as the purpose of God for the natural Jews had now passed on to all of those that call upon the name of the Lord and obey Him.

That brings of the question of who we primarily owe our allegiance to. As true followers of Jesus Christ, our allegiance is and also should be first to the kingdom of God and He who heads it up. That means whatever nation on earth we may reside in only gets our loyalty secondarily; and that only in a small proportion in comparison to God's kingdom.

That doesn't suggest we become traitors or enemy combatants on behalf of one nation against another, but that the overriding nation we serve is a heavenly one, and one of our reasons for existence is to take the will of God and do it, and from there work and pray to see that and the kingdom of God increasingly be done and to come on earth.

For that reason I believe it's a mistake to think of any nation as a so-called Christian nation. While it can be true that Christianity and Christ were a part of the influence on a nation, and thus had some of the characteristics of Christ as part of the culture of that nation, the fickle nature of man, as seen in the growing decadence in the United States, reveals we can't simply call a nation a Christian nation, when what it once embraced and acknowledged is rejected for an opposing world view and ideology. America is no longer a Christian nation, and neither are many nations that once at minimum, revered Christ at least outwardly.

No matter what country any of us live in, we need to pray and work towards the kingdom of God to permeate those living in the country, as the kingdom of God is expected to fill the earth, meaning the person of Christ as revealed in the Bible will fill everything with who He is. That's what it means when we are told that God will be all in all. It's also a reference to being conformed to His image.

We are to be like Him; totally loyal to who He is. We are to learn what He want and then obey in it. Once we mature, we then share who He is with others, and also call upon those around us to obey Him.

Ultimately we not only will increase the kingdom of God in individuals, but start to work locally on transforming the many areas of life into what He wants. That includes individuals, families, education, government, the arts, and business, along with any other area of life that needs to submit unto the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

While we can appreciate the city or country we live in, that is nothing compared to the heavenly kingdom of God that we are to pray to come and fill the earth. Eventually all nations that respond to this will receive the multiple blessings of God He promises. Those that reject Him will be found to be fighting against the God of heaven and earth.

Our ultimate loyalty is to Jesus Christ and His kingdom. Everything else should be an extension of that kingdom in order to make where we live like what heaven is like. That is what Jesus had in mind when He taught us to pray for His kingdom to come and will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Book of Daniel and Breaking Kingdoms in Pieces

Daniel 2:40-45 (KJV)

40 And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all
things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.

41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.

42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.

43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.




There are few things, if any, related to the history of human events and how God views them, than this portion of Scripture, and the verses immediately preceding them. It clearly states not only the period of time when the promised Messiah would appear, but what His appearance meant to the nations.

Some think this is only a reference to what Jesus Christ would do to the Roman Empire over time once He appeared, but my thesis is not only is this a reference to Rome, but to all of those nations or groups of nations that attempt to become world empires. Once Jesus Christ revealed Himself as man, that would no longer be allowed. History itself bears this out, as empire after empire rises and falls, while the eternal Kingdom of God continues to rule from heaven.

All of the second chapter of Daniel needs to be read to get the full gist of what is being revealed, but these scriptures above are enough to reveal the idea.

In verse 44, the issue doesn't only refer to the four kingdoms listed up to Rome, and then the kingdom of God is finished doing its work once Rome was allegedly conquered by Christianity. Rather, it's a reference to the purpose of God for all of history concerning the nations, that they shouldn't rise up in a manner that attempts to control and dominate the world. This is a Satanic aspiration; one that has no place in the hearts and minds of men, even though the temptation by the evil one is ever there for man to grab hold of if he wishes.

The implications of this are enormous. God, once His son, who is the only true King of kings and Lord of lords, ushered in the germination of the kingdom of God on earth, He no longer allows nations the luxury or goal of attempting to dominate the earth as some nations leading up to Rome had done before the appearance of Jesus.

From that moment on the earth was required to operate under the rule of the kingdom of Heaven, meaning the heavenly nature of Jesus Christ was to be embraced and permeate the people, which in turn would rule from a heavenly perspective; or based upon the very person and will of Jesus Christ, who was an exact representation of His Father.

What that means is there should be a total freedom where people are allowed to choose their own destinies, as far as nations go, and there should be all sorts of nations being born and dying throughout history. Now that has happened, although primarily from wars. I'm talking about voluntary creation of nations here, not nation building as the U.S. has partaken of.

There is nothing better I would like to see, as far as the U.S. goes, than to see it break up into all sorts of smaller nations. The idea of America is now over, whether people realize it or not, as what it was once in the past is no longer in existence; although there are pockets of it in certain regions of the country.

Now I'm only using America as an example here. I believe that should be the case for any region of the world that wants to take on nationhood.

I know that some people that equate America with Christianity will almost consider this heresy, but the fact is the Holy Scriptures clearly state the kingdom of God will smash those attempting to build empires on the earth. His is the only kingdom, and all nations, no matter how many there are, are required to submit unto the principles of His kingdom.

Jesus, as far as ruling and reigning on the earth goes, is primarily interested in cities or localities. You can see this in the way the church grew after Pentecost.

To give you an idea of how Christ has no interest in a world kingdom or center on earth, look how it wasn't a problem for Him to destroy Jerusalem, which was considered by the Jews and many others as the center or religion in the world. Even though the church was flourishing there, eventually it was driven out not long before the destruction of Jerusalem, and believers spread all over the world from that time on.

The point is, Jesus was ruling from Heaven, and while always building on the earth, has no interest in building Tower of Babel, which He of course ended by confusing the languages,  resulting in the many races now seen on the earth.

Interestingly, as I write in 2014, there has been a growing discontent with the idea of empire, whether world or regional, and a number of secessionist movements are underway. If it's time for the breaking up of more countries and alliances with the goal of dominating the world, it couldn't happen soon enough. I'm not saying the time is here, but the idea has taken root, and I believe ultimately that idea has come from Jesus Christ Himself.

What is at issue isn't necessarily the geographic area under governance. For example, Mongolia is huge geographically, but has very few people in it. No matter what its size, it simply doesn't have the capacity to do much world governing, although on a smaller scale, its government is overreaching with the Oyu Tolgoi mine, which it has an ownership in. That is a not towards the inner evil in man to always use the government to control resources and the idea of a free market.

When the Scriptures above refer to breaking these empires to pieces, it's not necessarily a reference to total destruction, but to the influence of the kingdom of God in generating the desire within the hearts of man for self-rule under the principles of almighty God. Breaking them to pieces, I'm sure, is a reference to decentralization of power, and the goal of Jesus Christ to have people focus on local rule.

Obviously there are all sorts of things to work out with that. There has to be enough resources or industry for a small nation or city-state to generate productivity to the point of being self-sufficient. There is also the interesting probability of a wide range of trading partners specializing in specific goods or services to help the small nations to survive and thrive. That's of course the practical side. When man obeys God, He will bless in a way that He'll give us the wisdom to figure all of these challenges out.

This is an extremely brief introduction to my thought on this. If you were to read the second chapter of Daniel in light of these thoughts, you'll find the implications so staggering, that you'll either block it out of your mind, or enter a spiritual and intellectual pursuit that could easily take up several human life spans, as the kingdom of God and Jesus Christ works to permeate the world will all that He is. That's what the end result of the eternal purpose is, that we should be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ, that God may be all in all.

That will be worked out practically on this earth, although never perfectly.

For now, I believe we need to pray that God will continue to work to fracture and decentralize the governments of the world and the nations, so we can get a better chance at freedom and working at local levels in a way that reflects the kingdom of Jesus Christ, which is being worked out perfectly in heaven. We are called to pray that the same perfect kingdom and will of God is expressed in the earth.

Jesus' New World Order

We hear a lot about the new world order attempted to be implemented by some people holding positions of
power or with a lot of money, and it's true that there are those trying to order world events according to their will, quietly influencing and manipulating the unsuspecting through media, education, and faux news stories; spun to coincide with their world view.

What we don't hear anything about is about Jesus Christ and His new world order, which quietly and invisibly appeared after He ascended to heaven. By quietly, I don't mean there wasn't some noise on Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came to dwell within those who believe in Jesus Christ, rather I mean that other than that relatively small and obscure group of people, it was not known what had happened and its powerful meaning.

Jesus Christ has come back to the earth in the person of the Holy Spirit, and put into action His plan from before the foundation of the world: that He would dwell not only with man, but in man. That was one of the great mysteries hidden from the foundation of the world.

Even though we see and understand some of what these people of money and power are doing to shape the world they want to see emerge, there is always a powerful move of the Spirit happening within people that allow them to not only resist this movement, but overcome it through Christ.

Most Christians don't understand that the coming of the Holy Spirit was the introduction of Christ's new world order, identified in the Bible as the new creation. What was different about the physical and initial creation is the new creation was birthed directly from God, and if fact, was God within us through Christ. That's what truly being born again signifies. It's an entire new world introduced that Satan and his earthly followers have attempted to hide, obscure and overwhelm through the loudness of various media outlets and education in order to keep people from quieting down and seeing the beauty of this new creation that broke into this world over 2,000 years ago.

The significance is Jesus Christ isn't sitting idly by in heaven doing nothing, but rather throughout the entire world has counterattacked and is slowly teaching His people how to combat the evil that has invaded God's earth, and repel it and eventually make it weak in the face of the person of Jesus Christ in His people.

Jesus' new creation has already overcome the attempt to destroy His earth, and as we move into His victory, will find ourselves not only rejecting despair, but growing in love, wisdom, and authority, which will ultimately lead to the amazing end result of God being all in all.

We will be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ, and that won't stay only within, but will flow out like a river of water to touch all the earth. That's our calling and destiny in this life, and I'm one that is going to take it as far as I can while I live.

Jesus Christ: If You Love Me, You Will Keep My Commandments

It is far past time we reject this idea that loving God has little to do with obeying what He has revealed to us in His word. Jesus Himself said this: "If you love me, keep my commandments."

There is nothing confusing or ambiguous about this. Love, as far as it relates to Jesus Christ, is determined by our level of obedience to Him. It's that simple. What must be obeyed is revealed in the Scriptures.

Living for Christ isn't difficult to understand. It's summarized like this: What does the Bible say, and what are we going to do about it? Those who don't want to obey are those who create an image of Christ they want to serve; one that has little to do with the real Christ our Lord.

Where do nice feelings come in? They don't. That doesn't mean we won't have an affection for the Lord out of appreciation for what He's done for us. But that doesn't determine whether or not we love Him, or define love as explained specifically by Him.

I'm also not talking about how we are to relate to one another. I'm talking specifically about what loving God means. It's no more or less than obedience to His word.

Now the question we all have to ask is, what are we going to do about it.

All have sinned...

Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God


1 John 2:5-6 - 5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.


When taking into consideration the scripture "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God," we can miss the overall implications of what it is saying. We must understand what the glory of God is in order to comprehend what it is we have all fallen short of.

The glory of God is nothing less than the person and nature of God Himself. We are expected by God to be like Him. That is, after all, why we were created, in order to bear His image and spread who He was across the face of the earth. That is the real meaning of the presence of God.

It's not some general presence that makes people feel good while they listen to some worship song. It's the taking on of the characteristics of Jesus Christ Himself, resulting in the world seeing who God is by our obedience to not only His words, but who He is, which His words represent.

This is why John said those who say they abide in the Lord will walk as Jesus walked. To do otherwise is a contradiction that can't be reconciled. We either obey and walk as Christ walked, or we aren't Christ's. It's impossible to be born again by the Spirit and continue to live as we have in the past.

As for sin, the word itself means to 'miss the mark.' What's the mark? Jesus Christ and who He is. What's the glory of God? Who God is as revealed in Jesus Christ.

All of us has come short of His glory in that regard. But salvation has not only brought us back in right standing with God, but brings the requirement that we open our hearts to Him and allow Him to change us into His image. We are expected to be like Christ, and anything less isn't acceptable to God.

Now this is the immediate expectation of God for His people, but it is worked out one step at a time.

We are given the goal and expectation of being perfect by God, which means becoming like Jesus. While we may never reach perfection in his lifetime, this is what we are to shoot for. God does.

Keep in mind, the entire purpose for creating man was that man would be like God in his characteristics and purpose (not Godhood). For example, we are to be patient as God is, while understanding we're totally separate from God in His Deity.

Take any revelation of Jesus Christ in the Bible and we're expected to be conformed to that very image. This is our privilege and responsibility. The Holy Spirit within us empowers us to be able to accomplish this.

False teachers have lowered the bar of Jesus Christ, making excuses and using cheap grace teachings to undermine the power and ability of the Holy Spirit to perfect His work in us.

This isn't something to be considered negative and weighty, but rather an invitation and command from God to be perfect as He is perfect. He wouldn't tell us to do something we aren't able to do with His help.

We have all sinned or missed the mark, but we don't have to accept continuing to live in sin. Jesus Christ is our pattern to live by, and when we surrender to Him, the Holy Spirit will take and work within us to conform us to what He is like. This is what was intended before man was ever created, and it is what God is after for eternity.

Ephesians 5:22-24

22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Candace Cameron Bure received some attacks lately for her comments in her newly released book - 'Balancing It All: My Story of Juggling Priorities and Purpose,' where she talked about her desire and success in entering into a submissive role in relationship to her husband.

It's almost sure that Bure, who is a devout follower of Jesus Christ, was at least in part thinking of the scriptures mentioned above when addressing the issue.

She confirmed it saying this:

"The definition I'm using with the word 'submissive' is the biblical definition of that. So, it is meekness, it is not weakness. It is strength under control, it is bridled strength."

"And, listen, I love that my man is a leader," she asserted. "I want him to lead and be the head of our family. And those major decisions do fall on him. ... It doesn't mean I don't voice my opinion. It doesn't mean I don't have an opinion. I absolutely do, but it is very difficult to have two heads of authority."

"In my marriage we are equal ... in our importance, but we are just different in our performances within our marriage," she added.

The former Full House star, who is the sister of actor Kirk Cameron, is a breath of fresh air, and the negative responses to her way of life shows what she lives and communicated needed to be heard.

Along with 'Balancing It All,' Bure has also written 'Reshaping It All: Motivation for Physical and Spiritual Fitness.'

She most recently starred in the successful "Let it Snow" on the Hallmark Channel.

GLAAD Attack Dogs on Defensive: Way Past Time

The abusive and anti-Christian self-appointed defenders of sinful lifestyles opposed by Jesus Christ - the GLAAD organization - is now under pressure as people from all over blast the intolerant group for attacking Phil Robertson because of His godly opposition to the homosexual lifestyle, rightly identifying it as sin.

There is a growing backlash against the verbally violent organization, as Christians, and many others, are tired of the brutish, outrageous attacks it employs as a means of suffocating and destroying the views and lives of those that oppose the wickedness they represent.

Even the organization itself admits it has never experienced the type of outrage from people tired of the destructive antics of the group.

It is finally realizing it is in a real culture war, but a culture that is based upon the person of Jesus Christ, who created the human race male and female, and only allows that to be the standard of sexuality; as long as it is within the confines of marriage. There in fact can't be such a thing as gay marriage, because the sin of homosexuality is forbidden by Jesus Christ in the first place.

To show the arrogance, presumption, and cluelessness of GLAAD and A&E, vice GLAAD president of communications Rich Ferraro said he talked with representatives of A&E in an alleged attempt to figure out why so many people despised the attacks on Robinson.

I'll let you know GLAAD. It's because we are one with him, and an attack on him is an attack on us. It's also the unfolding realization that there has never been a good-faith attempt by Christ-haters to truly respect people that believe in and obey Jesus Christ.

We are increasingly understanding that this is nothing less than a war to eradicate those who truly follow Jesus, and who won't back down to others in regard to His commands to us. This is what you're experience GLAAD, and it's only the beginning. It will get much worse for you, and you'll start tasting of the first fruits of defeat that all enemies of Christ will have to endure.

Fellow Christians, don't back down, don't waver, don't cave in, and don't believe them. This is a war that has been going on since Satan tried to become like the Most High God; the only God. It's a way that has been already one by Christ, but which we must engage in to mop up our defeated enemies.

Don't listen to the smooth attempts to assuage your righteous anger. It's past time to keep them on the defensive, to call for them to repent from their sinful ways and turn to Jesus Christ, who is more than willing to forgive them for their sins.
It's great that this is happening. For too long Christians and others have believed this is all about a counterfeit "tolerance" that all of us should engage in when communicating. Just look at the vicious attacks groups like GLAAD partake in to quickly get that lie out of your head. They have no interest in anything but forcing this lifestyle upon people, and to have all to agree that there is nothing wrong with it.

Think on it though. Homosexuals are the only people in existence that self-identify with the sin they are committing. After all, who says I was born a murderer and thus belongs to some type of interconnected murderers group? This is exactly what homosexuals have done and do.

They want us to believe they're victims of simply being born the way they are. That's of course a lie. Everyone has a choice, and those immersing themselves in the lifestyle, are attempting to force the rest of us into accepting it.

The fact that Phil Robertson wouldn't toe the homosexual line, and the wicked and evil attack on him was exposed in the public eye, confirms this is nothing but a bunch of people attempting to destroy anyone that gets in their way.

How they brutally and viciously attacked Phil Robertson, a lover of Jesus Christ, openly shows the real agenda and attitude of GLAAD and their ilk.

Christians and others watching this unfold understand that now, and GLAAD will no longer get a free ride, and neither will those homosexuals and other deviants not willing to repent of their sin.

If A&E doesn't turn away from its decision to remove Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty, we should totally abandon it as a TV channel, and continue to pressure advertisers until they refuse to advertise on it.

Also know, that The Walt Disney Company owns half of the A+E, the holding company of A&E. Let them all know what you think of this attack on the followers of Jesus Christ.

Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson and Family Talk Beginnings, Faith and Struggles

Here's an interesting video of Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty fame, as he shares his testimony, along with family members Kay, Jep and Reed.

They go back to their early beginnings and how they battled and struggled to keep their family together by maintaining their faith in Jesus Christ.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth

For many reasons and from many enemies and deceived people, the fact that Jesus Christ created the heaven and the earth has been brought into question in the minds of those who believe in Jesus Christ, or at least claim to.

If you're uncertain, you have to go nowhere other than to the first 10 words of the Bible (King James Version) to rid yourself of all doubt concerning the reality of God creating all things.

As the title of this post says: "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." It's as clear as that. There is nothing that can be added or taken away from it. God created it.

Here's how Colossians 1:16, 17 says it:

16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Again, there is no ambiguity as to the fact that Jesus Christ created everything. The "all" in verse 16 confirms again there is nothing that was made that didn't come forth from the person of Jesus Christ.

In John 1 we have these words affirmed again. Here is how John declares and reveals it:

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Here we have same revelation that "all" things were made by Him, and reiterates the fact that there was absolutely nothing made. 

The reason people attempt to distort Christ as creator is it is an attempt to convince themselves and others there is no final judgement. If there is no creator, there is no one that will hold any of us accountable for our sins.

Paul dealt with this in the first chapter or Romans, saying this:

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

What the Holy Spirit reveals through Paul is that these people that assert these lie really know the world has been created by God, but the creation itself is a testimony against them.

It's the magnificence and awesomeness of creation that declares God, and those who say differently are considered to be without excuse because the invisible things of God are clearly revealed and seen in the creation.

Don't believe anyone that lies about evolution or the latest flavor of anti-creation assertions. The physical creation demands people acknowledge it came from the invisible and eternal God, and by extension to put their faith in Jesus Christ.

Everything that is (outside of evil and sin) were created by Jesus Christ. To deny that is to deny our creator. To deny our creator is to invite the wrath of God that comes on those who as an excuse live in ungodliness and unrighteous; not accepting the righteousness of Jesus Christ offered through His death and resurrection.

 

Why Church Practices Must Change

In this article I want to look at the church as it is today, contrasting it to a legacy system. When talking about a legacy system, I'm referring to what most people consider with computers or technology, where an old system is maintained and/or kept in service beyond its usefulness. That is what has happened in regard to the majority of the way we practice church and Christianity today.

Jesus mentioned this to the Jews He ministered to while He was on the earth, saying new wine required new wineskins. While this referred to the outward types and shadows associated with the Old Testament, it also refers to the same during the New Testament times, where we've largely gravitated towards an outward and ineffective practice of Christianity because we've focused on outward rituals and forms which have little, if any use today.

Before we get into that, let me say from the beginning that I'm not talking about the foundational truths of Christianity which many have abandoned.

Many adherents of the so-called "Emergent church" have done that to the degree that they embrace outright heretics and sin which are clearly forbidden in the Holy Scriptures.

So while there is always a move of Satan to counterfeit the real, we can't retreat to past practices even though there are those that abuse the insights Christ is giving us. There will always be the ignorant and unlearned among us who distort the scriptures. We don't stop reading and believing in the scriptures because of that. In other words, even though the wine never changes, meaning the life of Christ Himself, the wineskins are always changing and adapting as new life is revealed and
made to be understood in the Scriptures. We may see it within, but it will never conflict with what the Scriptures reveal concerning Christ and His people. Never!

Some of the reasons most believers retain the practices of modern Christianity, even though it can't be found in the scriptures, is it's all they have ever known, and it is assumed by most that this is simply the way it should be done. Very few know the history of current church and Christian practices, so simply go along as if this is how it was from the beginning. The majority are unaware that there are alternatives, and that many throughout church history have taken steps to explore them.

Another reason for not wanting or looking to change is the embeddedness of the existing church system in the fabric of society, which makes it very difficult to change it, as it can appear it is an attack upon Christianity, when in fact its an attempt to release the followers of Jesus Christ into a deeper walk; one that isn't hindered by outward forms, which can deceive people into believing they're following Christ just because they participate in some meetings at a building wrongly identified as a church.

The idea of relying upon outward systems is a substitute for Christ and an inward walk with Him. It also gets in the way of walking together in Christ daily with our brothers and sisters in Christ.

When the letter to the Hebrews in the New Testament refers to Christ shaking all things so that which can't be shaken remains, it is a reference to those who continue to rely on things that are institutional and outward, rather than eternal and based upon Jesus Christ.

Even though it was an obvious nod towards the upcoming destruction of Jerusalem and the old wineskin of Judaism, the principle remains in place, which is Christ is done with types and shadows and institutionalism, and now is forming the reality of Himself in people through real, daily fellowship with Himself and one another.

Other than the fact many Christians are unaware of the various believers outside the institutional Church who are living in a daily walk together, the other major reason for remaining in the institutional church is the time and energy it'll take to make the shift out of it.

Let's make it clear. There is no reforming of the existing church system. The outward practices have become a weight on believers seeking Christ rather than helping them. It's a weight because it gets in the way of the God-given passion to share life in Christ together on a daily basis.

Since it is almost impossible to see the alternative while participating in the existing structures of Christianity, it is imperative that we share and communicate the realities of what Christ is desires and is doing outside the walls of the buildings and services featuring a main speaker and a few gifted musicians. After all, if this really worked, we wouldn't see Christianity in the state it is today, and even the call and prayer for revival is a worthless and meaningless one if all that is desired is for people to fill up these buildings and continue on as before.

That's not to say just because people leave church buildings and weekly services they are more spiritual if they meet in homes, because many times all that happens is people move from a building to a home and continue things on as they were before.

This is a radical, surgical cut that needs to excise the existing mentality of institutional Christianity into one that brings us into a daily walk with Christ and one another.

Only those willing to embrace the cross and die to themselves can successfully navigate these waters, as it is more demanding, but also more rewarding, than the type of Christianity practiced by most today.

We must allow God to do whatever He wants with us. We must continue to hold onto the foundations of the faith that have been handed down to us in the Holy Scriptures, while at the same time living them out daily, while also looking for more insight and light concerning who Christ really is.

Just because the practices of Christianity have been around for centuries doesn't mean that's how they started, or that it's how God wants things to continue.

All we can do is ask Him to open our hearts to see Him and what He wants, and seek for those who have a similar passion to see Christ and His people released from the confines of outward religion to a real and living fellowship together.

Jesus Christ the New Creation

Some believers get confused over the idea that Jesus Christ was a new creation
because of the fact He never had a beginning, and is eternal. Since Jesus wasn't a
created being and has always been, how can He be considered the new creation?

The answer is that God redefined what creation really was. The original creation was spoken and shaped and formed by God into existence. While it was a reflection of Jesus Christ, it wasn't exact.

The difference between the old and new creation is the new creation is birthed from heaven, as evidenced time and again by the words of Jesus when He said He wasn't of this world but came from above.

So when Jesus told Nicodemus he had to be born from above if he wanted to see the
kingdom of God, it was a reference to a birth, not an improvement on the old creation or something added to it. It's also why Jesus told His disciples they were not of this world.

All of this is to say that a person truly born of God has the very life of Jesus Christ dwelling in them by the Holy Spirit. This life is the only way the kingdom of God can be seen and tasted.

As a matter of fact, that life begins to express itself in and through the person bearing that life, and it changes that person within and without.

Consequently, when Jesus Christ testified before Pontius Pilate that His kingdom wasn't of this world, it wasn't a reference of indifference to the visible world, but a reference to the source of the kingdom, which was God and heaven itself.

He didn't have his angels and followers fight because He had no interest in taking over a dead and condemned world, He could have done that at any time. What He was doing was introducing an entirely new creation, a totally new life form that was alien to everything in the world they knew.

That new creation was His very life, and while separate from mankind, does dwell within the spirits of those that believe Christ is the son of God. He who has the Son has this life within them.

What begins to happen with this new creation is it dwells in the innermost being of people, and transforms them into the very image of Jesus Christ. It happens through the work of the Cross and resurrection life being released as a result.

In the end, the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ as people commit their lives fully to Him and cooperate in His ultimate purpose, which is to have a people conformed to His very likeness.

This birthing and growing process of the new creation brings about the kingdom of God on earth in the same measure God's people obey and cooperate with Him.

The building of this kingdom is accomplished through the love of and obedience to God being shared among His people as they grow into a temple fit for the King.

It's Time for Christian Community

The idea of Christian community isn't a new one, as the first post-resurrection believers lived exactly in that way.

For those of us that have seen this for years, it's nothing new, as we've been living practically in Christian community ... in some cases for decades.

What is new in my estimation is the global circumstances emerging that will cause people to open anew to the idea of living in community together with our lives centered in Christ.

To me this is a good thing because it'll drive people towards what it is Jesus has had in mind since before creation, and of which the Godhead lived in eternity.

Most believers don't understand that before creation the scriptures reveal some things about the Godhead, one of which is the fact that God is a community. We sometimes get sidetracked by the commonality of creeds pointing to the Trinity as a doctrine, that we miss it was a practical way of life for the Father, Son and Holy Spirit before time and creation. It's the basis and model for how we are to live on this earth today.

As for what will drive this going forward, it's the realization, especially in western nations, that we will have to learn to cooperate and work together locally because the Federal government won't be able to support the promises it has made. The support systems many people have wrongly been relying upon for years, are going to crumble.

That means it'll be at the local level we have to take care of our lives in an environment that has lost much of the aid formerly given by the government.

While that will be true for everyone, it'll especially be true for Christians who will base their move towards community on the person of Jesus Christ and His purpose He has always had for us - that we will be a community of believers sharing life together with Christ as the center of our lives.

For those Christians reading these words, it's best to see these things from the scriptures, which throughout speak to God's people in this manner over and over again. That way it'll be beneficial to us because we see it as a revelation from God, and not something we have to do to survive.

If that's all that causes us to live one to another, once the difficult times get better, we'll simply go back into the old, unbiblical way of doing the attendance-based going to a building, rather than sharing our lives together in Christ on a daily basis.

We need to see this as a wake up call from God to commit to one another move towards living a life as a community together, not as a bunch of individuals going to a meeting once or twice a week.

Jesus died for much more than we are seeing in what people think is the church today. He died so He could share His very life with us, by coming to intimately dwell within each true born again believer. That life is then meant to be lived and shared together daily by His people, who are called to deny themselves, take up their cross, and follow Christ.

That is the vision, that is the calling, and in the end, that really is what is called the ministry. It is the daily caring and sharing of life together centered in Christ that is what God has called us to, and the circumstances on the earth are such that it's ripe for a time of harvest concerning Christians and community.

What is there that should hold us back from this? Nothing! If we'll truly die to ourselves and live unto Christ, it won't be a difficult decision to make. Speaking from experience, it can be hard at times, but the fruit, life, love and family life that comes out of it is something that literally is not of this world, and surpasses anything that this world has to offer.

What Jesus Requires of all Christians

Over 30 years ago I remember a man outside of the religious "Christians/Church" system saying a profound and enlightening statement that is true to this day, and of which those who profess to know and follow Christ, need to know and understand. That is that the term church, and by extension, Christian, no longer really have any meaning.

What he meant by that is people had created their own image of Christ and His church that is was so full of unbiblical practices and unbelievers, that it was close to impossible to even interact with someone in trying to show them what the Bible says about Christ and the practices of the Church, that we couldn't even start there as the beginning of our conversation, but had to blow up all sorts of misconceptions, lies, and fabrications just to be able to interact in a meaningful and productive manner.

Usually we couldn't even get past some of the most rudimentary aspects of tearing down the false foundations before we lost them. The listeners had had the modern-day practice of Christianity so ingrained in them that even when what was in the Bible was revealed to them, they couldn't and wouldn't believe it meant what it said.

Tradition had and has become so strong, that to contradict it, even when revealing it in the Holy Scriptures, is considered evil and a lie and attack from the Devil, even in light of the evidence that has been presented.

I'll give you an obvious and quick example which most of you reading this will resist and continue to resist. It it is, "God does not dwell in temple's made with hands." It's said several times in the Bible, the most well-known being just before Stephen was stoned to death over it.

The majority of Christians, to this day, will use all sorts of mental gymnastics and explanations in an attempt to make this mean something that it doesn't. Why so much resistance? It's because the person understands deep down what the cost of that acceptance would be. Their entire world would be placed in an upheaval if they were to embrace and obey this revelation from God Himself.

Although not even the focus and topic of this article, "God does not dwell in temple's made with hands" is the beginning of where the study of and understanding of what God has meant for His people as the corporate expression of Himself called the church.

All that was said to lead to the requirement of Jesus Christ for His people. Let's look at Matthew 16:24–26 to see what that is.

24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. 25 For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. 26 For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?

Let's take note of a key statement by Jesus here. He said the words “If anyone would come after Me....” The word "anyone" means that there is no one exempt from the statement and requirement He revealed.

So if we say we believe in Jesus Christ, here is what He said He demands of us and how we'll live.

First He says we must deny ourselves. That is the individual and consequently, corporate foundation that flows forth from people that assert they know Jesus Christ. It's a total abandonment of living for oneself and turning around and living unto Christ. Pleasing Christ is the motivation of those entering into true fellowship with Him.

Next He says to take up our cross and follow Me. This goes beyond the first statement to a reality of the fact it could cost us everything if we follow Jesus Christ, and we need to count that cost as we make a decision for Christ. It will cost us everything in the end. That may not be practically true, but for those taking up our cross, it will mean to us it won't matter one way or the other. Nothing has our hearts and minds except the person of Jesus Christ. From there a people grow into a holy temple expressing the person of Christ towards one another while revealing Him visibly to the world.

Finally Jesus says if we are to come after Him, it means we are to follow Him, which isn't a reference to running around the world (although for a few it could mean that), but rather it points to the fact that we are to live and walk as Jesus Himself did. John says that in his first letter, that we'll know those who truly know Christ because they'll walk as He did.

Yes there is grace there in that we aren't expected to start a journey in a perfected practical outworking of believing in Christ, but we are expected to and required to have a perfect heart.

After all, the standard of Jesus Christ has never been lowered. That's why we are told to be perfect because He is perfect. That exhortation remains, and while we don't start there, it remains the goal that we be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ.

That which was mentioned in Matthew should be the very minimal requirements of those who claim they are Christ's. It's the starting place. It's the baby stage. It's the birthing stage. It's expected of all of those that call upon the name of the Lord.

Christ and the "Eyes of Your Heart"

In Ephesians 1:18, Paul prays that the believers there would have the "eyes of your heart" enlightened so they may know what the hope was to which Christ had called them, and of course by extension, all believers.

When talking about Christ in this article, I want to note that in talking about Christ, there is no way to disconnect Him from His people, which will also be included in this revelation that can only come from being enlightened in our inner eyes.

Most Christians don't take time to understand what exactly it is that is being talked about here, and so go on in their walk with the Lord not really grasping some of the major things He is trying to communicate to them.

For example here at Acts29Review, we have talked about the organic church, Christ being the tree of life, and numerous other similar topics which can only be grasped in their meaning if the Holy Spirit enlightens the eyes of our hearts to see it.

You can read all day, every day, that Jesus Christ doesn't dwell in temples made with hands, and yet not really have a single idea as to what that means.

Some have left the traditional, organized church because of that scripture (and others), yet don't really know what it is they're searching for and what Jesus Christ wants once they begin to travel on that journey.

If all that happens is someone takes the practices happening in unbiblical edifices falsely called churches, and plants them into the home, absolutely nothing has happened other than the transference of the practice to a home. Some are actually satisfied with this and believe they've tapped into and fulfilled the reason for God not dwelling in physical structures designated as holy places or churches.

Others do the cell church thing, attempting to have both practices in the congregation to placate those who want the traditional experience and those that want something more. Mixture never works, and besides the point, both of those have really nothing to do with the organic church as expressed throughout the New Testament.

It's nothing less than the expression and embodiment of Jesus Christ in a corporate people that have all been born from above, or born again by the Spirit.

Okay. I keep on going on like this to give hints and signs to point the way. But even here, as in all of life, there is a lack, because in the end, it's something that Jesus Christ must reveal to your in your inner man if you are ever to know what He's seeking and wants, and then being willing to join yourself to a people to walk it out together.

This is why the scriptures, as far as mentally understanding them, are never enough. They are to leap off the pages, so to speak, to become a reality that is lived out practically. Grasping Jesus Christ and the scriptures mentally only takes you as far as the Pharisees and others like them go. We are required to go beyond that to the essence of what it means; and from there live it out for the entirety of our lives on the earth.

All of this is to say we must, as Paul did, ask God to reveal unto our inner man will be enlightened by the Holy Spirit so we can see exactly what it is Jesus Christ is saying. We must go beyond the letter to the meaning behind the letter if we want to experience spiritual growth in our lifetimes.

I'm not talking about adding to the scriptures, but having the Spirit of God help us to see the fullest meaning of them so we can cooperate with Christ in fulfilling His purpose for creating and saving us.

Fierce Love of Jesus Christ

Nothing can be understood scripturally or by experience concerning Jesus Christ unless there is an understanding that the love of Jesus Christ is so complete and thorough, that it has been rarely comprehended and responded to by natural Israel and those professing a faith in Christ.

If you've ever read the prophets of the Old Testament, you'll find that in the end, the reason for the wrath and judgement of God Israel was because they rejected the love relationship God initiated with them. Throughout God expresses His disappointment and righteous anger over the casting aside of their love for Him for other gods.

That is extended in the New Testament with the numerous warnings of the apostles concerning those saying they believe in Jesus Christ as well.

We must see and understand that the reason for creation in the first place came from the inability of God to keep His amazing love, which was expressed between the Godhead, but because of what that love was and is, couldn't be kept to itself, so creation had to be enacted so that man could be created in the image of God for the purpose of deep love and fellowship with God Himself, as well as with one another; based upon the character and person of God Himself, which was revealed ultimately and fully in Jesus Christ.

Since we use the terms of the Bible concerning love so loosely at times, because of repetition and familiarity, we are apt to not come close to understanding, experiencing and having a revelation of how deep this love of God is.

He is love personified, and so it is impossible not to be who He is. That love consequently pours forth upon His creation, even as it largely rejects Him; as even do the majority who claim His name and the salvation connected to and with it.

What is desperately needed by those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ is to "comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height — to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God." (Ephesians 3:18,19)

This love is so great that Paul adds that he is "persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:38,39)

We could go on and on with scriptures like these to reinforce the fact that God is love, and that love is something we may never fully grasp as to its nature, but can participate in and receive that love, and together learn the width and length and depth and height of it.

The only way that can be done is by dying to self and allowing the Spirit of God within us to live that love out towards one another, and from their to the dying, lost world we live in.

This has zero to do with what most would call "the ministry," or finding some so-called purpose to fulfill. What this is is call to the raw love of God that has nothing to do with anything official, but a practical involvement with the people of God on a daily basis, which is the only way we can learn how the love of Christ is meant to be given, shared and understood.

Anybody can do stuff, very few people can truly love with the aching that God loves us with and reaches out and yearns for us because of it.

When talking of God's love, forget that sentimental slush that passes for what many believe is the love of God. It isn't. The love of God is real and is demanding because every bit of who God is is expressed in it towards us. That's why a real relationship with God includes the fellowship of His sufferings, as true love will hurt, and even in the best of circumstances and mountainous heights reached, there will always be this great burden of love that falls upon our hearts when that love is initiated from God.

Think of some people you may deeply love but don't get to see very often. I remember many years ago when I was only able to see someone about once every couple of years. When they came the friendship and interaction was exquisite. Even the anticipation of their coming caused a response within that was not only positive, but painful in having to wait to interact with the mutual love for one another.

Some of that is reflective of the amazing love that is the only God of the universe and His Christ that was given for us in the ultimate act of love, which was by His own words, the greatest of all in that He laid down His life for us. Love can't be expressed at any higher level than that practically, and someone moved by the love of God can never be without a nagging anguish and pain in the suffering and pain He shares with those He opens His heart up to.

Anyone can be such a person, but the walk of this type of love isn't easy, and when you bear some of that extraordinary love of God, which is beyond understanding, you receive a closeness with the living God that is unmeasurable, and by extension, will begin to see and feel how He focuses that on those created in His very own image.

What does all of this mean? The love of God is pain. The pain of a being that is love in Himself. A love so selfless that it is truly fierce in its nature, and in reaching out with that love towards His children, first allows those willing to embrace that love by faith to be placed under His potter's hand and to be shaped into His very image.

That's what Paul saw and attempted to communicate by saying together we need to embrace and pursue this magnificent love this is God. We won't reach the end of the eternal purpose of God if we don't fellowship with Christ directly and with one another from that love, as it's only there that we will be filled with all the fullness of God, and He becomes all in all.

Jesus Living in a People

What would followers of Christ look like that were committed to Him and one another fully on a daily basis? First there would have to be the vertical relationship of each believer with Jesus Christ, and from their that individual experience would flow over to one another to reveal who Jesus Christ is to one another and the world.

This is why throughout the New Testament the phrase one to another is used so much. It was simply a part of who the people of Jesus Christ were. It was impossible not to share life together because of the very real experience they had with Christ Himself, which is impossible to hold in. That is part of what it means when the scriptures say out of our innermost beings will flow rivers of living water. Water flows, and no matter what is in its way it finds a way around it to reach its destination.

So when Jesus Christ is birthed within individuals, and those individuals die to themselves, then His life predominates and reaches out to others with that same life within them. In other words, fellowship based upon Christ begins to emerge, which is what the people of God were created for.

In this article I'm not going to get into all the endless possibilities that can come forth from that experience, just that it is a major part of what the followers of Jesus Christ are all meant to experience. We need to first see that before anything else as far as being part of something larger than our individuality.

To truly give one's life to Christ is an act of dying to self. And if we die to ourselves, it'll truly bring forth many more brothers and sisters to be "one to another."

Having said that, Jesus isn't just bringing a people together to form a social club or only enjoy hanging out together with no purpose. After all, there is an eternal purpose, and the final aspect of that purpose of God is that we are conformed to the image of His son, Jesus Christ. It is nothing less than that, and it is what the Holy Spirit within us lives and works for and towards relentlessly.

The major means of achieving that end, besides the Spirit within those who are truly born from above, is for the overflow of that Spirit to interact with those people who are committed to one another in Christ on a daily basis.

That means we'll respond to a living situation within people who are living out a life for Christ. So if someone is in need, the people of God who have the means will helps supply that for them; if there are people that are down, those who are encouragers will reach out and comfort and lift them up; for those struggling with sin, someone in the body will challenge them, and maybe rebuke them in order to get them back on the right path. Again, I don't want to attempt to cover the potentially thousands of interactions that could happen in a day or two with those who share the life of Christ together, as it would take volumes of books and thousands of articles just to unveil small portions of those things if they could even be found out and known.

The point is that Jesus Christ living in us pushes and draws us to one another in a way that an endless amount of human action towards and with one another happens in response to living situations we encounter individually and together daily.

It is those interactions that work to build us up into the full knowledge of Christ and solidifies our lives into becoming a temple for the Lord to fill; a home He is welcome in.

This is why the warped and pathetic idea that a building, and edifice, is a "church" is such a false and anemic idea. It hinders the work of God rather than helps it, and gets in the way of that which Christ really has called us to be and do.

Anything that gets in the way of daily life together in Christ needs to be removed so Christ can have His way with us. The first step is to die to ourselves, and from there any practical element that could be hindering the purpose of Jesus Christ can be dealt with.

If we only deal with the outward, we really never get to the core of what it is that caused Christianity to become what it is today, which is nothing like we see in the Holy Scriptures.

So to meet and homes or live close together will mean nothing if there is not a deep work of the cross in our lives and a response to the life of Christ in one another.

That means if we aren't changing into the image of Christ, we are only moving the chairs on the deck of the Titanic while is sinks into the ocean.

Many people have taken steps to leave the institutional and bureaucratic "church," only to have nothing in their lives change in regard to Jesus Christ. It's impossible to be close with one another and not have an influence in one another's lives if we're committed to the end result of the eternal purpose of God to be conformed to the image of Christ.

As a matter of fact we'll quietly grown within when we see each other missing the mark of Jesus Christ, and we'll pray and seek God for the hearts of one another to open to that to happen, while also taking the steps to share with one another those things that need to be changed.

We can't make it in Christ alone; we need one another. How can we grow into the very likeness of the man Jesus Christ if we aren't receiving the various aspects of Him as found in His body? The answer is - we can't. All of us sharing life together are what makes that a possibility. Anything short of that will hinder and frustrate the purpose of God of having a people that express His very person hood (not His deity which is separate from us).

Jesus Christ is seeking a people willing to walk this walk and not just intellectually agree with it. Doing it is doing it. Talking about or agreeing with it isn't doing it.

God's Alternative Humanity

When the true followers of Jesus Christ grasp the importance and reality that we are not a people of this world, as Jesus testified to concerning Himself and His disciples, it will not only be personally earth-shattering to us, but it will truly change the world as we know it.

It needs to be understood that unregenerate humanity on this planet are not children of God, they are the children of the enemy of God, and thus the imprint of the personality and evil of Satan is upon and within them.

This is true of the entirety of the human race, and unless and until a person is born again from above, that will always remain the same.

Even when we're born again of the Spirit of God, that imprint doesn't immediately leave, but rather has to be cleansed out of us by the working of the cross of Jesus Christ in order that what happened to us in principle is worked out within us in reality.

In other words, we may be saved, but true salvation will start to grow and bear the image of Jesus Christ in the life of a person, and that radical transformation starts to reveal another world that exists outside of this one which is the only one most people are aware of.

That means that Jesus Christ represents an entirely different humanity, a different species that has absolutely nothing to do with the humanity that has inhabited planet earth from the time that Adam and Eve sinned and brought into the world a foreign life form that was the enemy of God almighty and Jesus Christ. Consequently, Satan was invited to impress and imprint his personality and life upon and within man, which produced something that was never in the heart and mind of God when He created man. In the Holy Scriptures this is called the flesh, which is a humanity that has been judged and cast aside by God unless they call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved.

The point is that those that are born from above, a phrase that is a more accurate and complete rendering of the phrase "born again," which is mostly used by believers to describe regeneration, are in fact a new humanity; a humanity envisioned by Jesus Christ when He created, a humanity that is called to bear the very image of Christ and present it to the visible creation, as well as the invisible creation.

This new humanity is nothing other than the man Jesus Christ. He comes and indwell those that place their trust or faith in Him, and that results in the Spirit of God coming down from heaven and taking up residence in the Spirit of man. From that innermost place He then begins the work of transforming that man into the image of Jesus Christ. Fellowship between people whom have went though the same process and experience is what is the new, corporate humanity.

Not only is this new or alternative humanity called to bear the image of Jesus Christ, but also to share in His authority which He as given us to take dominion over the earth, as well as spiritual wickedness in high places.

It's tempting to get into the possibilities this offers us who dwell on the earth, but it's more important to take these concepts and realities and dwell upon them for awhile. Breath in the reality that if you're a true child of God in Christ, you are no longer of this world, and your life will reflect that in all that you are and do.

All of that is vital and crucial, but there are even more fantastic possibilities that emerge from this amazing truth.

Think of some questions. What happens on this earth if a people embrace the perfect humanity and authority of Jesus Christ and start living it out on this earth? What will begin to appear on this earth as a result? What will it cost those willing to walk this path corporately? Individually? Where will this path lead to? What effect will it have on those outside the faith?

We could go on and on. The purpose of the questions is to stir up your thoughts as to how Jesus Christ can take root in our hearts and lives in such a way that it is inevitable that His love begins to spread out in the midst of ourselves as we fellowship daily together, as well as increasingly overcome the works of the devil in the lives of the community around us.

It is impossible for who Jesus Christ is to remain hidden and anemic on this earth, no matter what some Christians are taught or believe. Christ cannot but be who He is. It doesn't matter whether He's in heaven or on the earth, who He is is the same in both environments. That's why when Philip asked Jesus to show them the Father, Jesus replied by saying if he had seen Him he has in fact seen the Father. There was no difference between the invisible Father and the expression of Jesus Christ as a man on the earth. That has not changed after His resurrection and ascension, as the Holy Spirit lives to shape and form Him in the new humanity that has embraced and is taking on His nature and authority.

Whether it is Jesus Christ sitting at the right hand of the Father in heaven, or Jesus Christ taking up residence in a people on the earth for a place to dwell and be welcome, He never changes, and it's impossible to separate what He is doing in heaven from what He is doing on earth in a people, as He is always the same and never changes.

That means He must remain true to all that He is, and for us that implies unlimited possibilities when taking into consideration His life and authority being lived in and expressed out from a people who have gladly received Him as their own.

None of this is possible without the deep working of the cross in our individual and corporate lives, as only when we are broken by Him is His life able to be lived within and change us into His image, while in the same measure is then able to be displayed to the world in its beauty and authority. That is His humanity living in us.

That is not a humanity of this world, even though we may outwardly look like those in this world.
Jesus Christ came as a man, although He of course never sinned or had anything of Satan in Him, as He testified to near the end of His life on this earth as a man. You couldn't see the invisible life of the Father, but that life indwelt Jesus to the point where He could do nothing without His Father.

So while He looked the same as the rest of us, He was a totally different humanity completely other than that which dwelt and continues to dwell on the earth. So are those who are truly born from above, who are called to be the same as He is in His humanity (not in His being God).

I'll finish off this article with one thought. All of this will mean for those that are willing to believe and embrace this, that there will be a conflict, because these two humanities are enemies of one another, and the very fact that Jesus Christ is dwelling within us makes us a heavenly people; a people not living their lives from the source people of this world do.

There can be no mingling or mixture of the two separate races of man, as they are not only diametrically opposed, but live their lives from two entities that are opposites and enemies of one another. There can be no quarter given by the people of God as a result, and no acceptance of the life lived by those not born again from above.

Most importantly, we are to satisfy the heart of Jesus Christ by becoming the people He created us to be, while at the same time showing the world there is another life to live from, and another totally different way to live.

The time is almost here when this message will resonate with a growing number of believers, as we begin to understand this world operates from principles that are opposite to who Jesus is, and as we change and adapt, showing forth the man Jesus Christ corporately, it will not only bring us into a blessed fellowship and way of life that is full and satisfying, but also will satisfy the heart of Jesus Christ who created us for this very purpose.
