At a gathering of students at Liberty University, Republican Presidential candidate Michele Bachmann talked to students about her personal faith and stand on political issues.
On limiting government, Bachmann stated, "I'd grown up in a very conservative background. I had never seen people spend money like this before, so I decided I could not hold back. I had to get involved."
She also zeroed in on government and our liberties, saying, "Probably the most egregious level of (government) taking our liberty is the issue of Obamacare. Obamacare is the first time in the history of our nation that we have taxpayer subsidized abortion."
In a recent poll by American Research Group, Inc., among "Likely Republican Caucus Goers" from Iowa, Bachmann stands at 15 percent.
God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow ... And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
